Information on the preparation of abstracts

The size of the abstract including the title, authors’ names and their affiliations must not exceed one A4 page. The text should be prepared in *.doc or *.docx format. The abstract should be arranged according to the following scheme:

– title of presentation/poster;

– name of author(s);

– address(es) – unit name, street, code, town, e-mail address;

– keywords – up to 5 meanings.

The following rules should be observed when preparing the text:

Title – Times New Roman, size 12, capitals;

the name of the author(s) – Times New Roman font, size 12;

affiliation – Times New Roman font, size 10;

keywords – Times New Roman font, size 10;

Text – Times New Roman, size 12;

text spacing (leading) – 1.5 lines;

margins – all 2.5 cm;

do not use a hard space.

Italics (italic) should only be used for Latin names (according to the rules in force).

The following should not be used in the text: column breaks, underlined and bold text.

Tables and graphs may be included in the abstract; photographs and bibliographic data should not be included.

Mathematical formulas inserted in the text should be prepared using a formula editor compatible with MS Word.

Numerical data and units of measurement should be used according to the SI system except for temperature, which should be given in degrees Celsius.

Indications and units of measurement requiring a superscript or subscript should be formatted appropriately, e.g.: m3, xn.

Commonly used acronyms are acceptable; in the case of less familiar abbreviations, their meaning should be explained when first used.

The organisers reserve the right to editorial interference and to reclassify the paper to the poster category in the event of over-subscription.

Technical information on the preparation of posters

Paper format – maximum B0 (1000×1414 mm)

Vertical orientation.

Please note that the organisers do not print posters.

The posters should be hung at the indicated places on the first day of the conference.
After the conference, the posters should be taken down.
